Four systems. One fan shop.
Club Brugge's merchandise operation: Shopify at the front, Exact Online at the centre, Active Ants in the warehouse, Returnless on the way back. Engineered to behave like one system.

Delivered through the KoneX platform. AgileNinjas provides the integration engineering.
A club shop is retail at matchday intensity: kit launches, replica shirts, peak spikes after results. Club Brugge ran the storefront on Shopify, finance and inventory in Exact Online, physical fulfilment at Active Ants and returns through Returnless. Four capable systems, four separate sources of truth, and every gap between them a manual task waiting to go wrong.
Exact Online → Active Ants: products and SKUs registered at the warehouse; sales orders sent for picking, packing and dispatch; warehouse transfers and stock movements kept in sync.
Shopify → Exact Online: customer returns and payment transactions posted for finance and reconciliation.
Exact Online → Shopify: product data published to the storefront; fulfilment confirmations and tracking written back to orders.
Returnless → Active Ants: approved returns routed to the warehouse for receipt and processing.
