Who we are

This website, atninjas.com, is operated by AgileNinjas Tech Pvt. Ltd., registered in India, with its office at 7th Floor, Knowledge Boulevard, Sector 63, Noida 201301, India ("AgileNinjas", "we"). AgileNinjas is the controller of personal data collected through this website. The Netherlands address shown on our Contact page is the office of our independent partner company, Innovation Kite; Innovation Kite does not process data collected through this website.

What we collect and why

Enquiry form. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, work email, company (optional), the area you select, your message, the page you submitted from and, where present, campaign parameters in the link you arrived by (UTM tags). We use this to respond to your enquiry and to route it to the right specialist. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Email. Enquiry notifications are delivered to our mailboxes through Microsoft 365. If you email us directly, we process your message and address to reply.

Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics (via Site Kit) to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and the source of your visit. Analytics cookies run only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time via Cookie Settings.

Spam protection. The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which assesses whether a submission is made by a human. Turnstile may process technical characteristics of your browser and connection for this purpose. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in preventing abusive submissions.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, requested page) for security and operations.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working, including the cookie that remembers your consent choices. Analytics cookies run only with your consent. You can review and change your choices at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the banner or footer. A list of cookies and their durations is shown in the Cookie Settings panel.

Who receives your data

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run this website and respond to you: Microsoft (email), Google (analytics, with consent), Cloudflare (spam protection) and our hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their respective data processing terms. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

International transfers

AgileNinjas operates from India and works with clients and partners in Europe. Data collected through this website may therefore be processed in India and in the countries where the providers above operate. Where data of persons in the EU/EEA or UK is transferred outside those areas, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the providers' standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer. Analytics data is retained per the Google Analytics retention setting configured in our account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, email info@atninjas.com. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority, though we would appreciate the chance to address any concern first at info@atninjas.com. If you are in India, you may raise a grievance with us at the same address under applicable Indian data protection law.

Changes

We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
