An iPad application digitised the detailed inspection of white-label electronics sourced in China. It captures product evidence, measurements, images and notes before goods enter the European ecommerce operation.

Nedis sources white-label consumer electronics from China for sale across Europe. Quality inspection is critical: product details, measurements, physical condition and supporting evidence must be checked before items can enter the commercial supply chain.
The existing inspection process was carried out manually on paper. Capturing extremely fine product details, photographs, notes and measurements across that process took one to two days and made the evidence slower to review and act upon.
Working with Innovation Kite, AgileNinjas designed and developed an iPad application specifically for the quality-inspection workflow.
Inspectors can capture structured product details, take and associate photographs, record measurements and add contextual notes in one digital record. The application turns physical inspection into consistent, reviewable ecommerce-readiness data.
